Manufacturing & Industrial Cleaning

Making Work Cleaner With the Elite Experience

Whether working on the shop floor or in a back office, everyone deserves a safe, clean place to work. In a manufacturing or industrial setting, this can be a challenge with facilities that span thousands of square feet and use machinery or fabrication tools that create dust and pollutants.

Elite Touch is your partner to ensure that your industrial spaces are clean and safe for your employees and sterile enough for your product safety standards. We have experienced staff and use industry best practices to provide the highest quality cleaning service.

Our Process for a Clean Facility

Customized Cleaning Plans

Depending on whether you need to clean 4,000 square feet or 40,000 square feet, we start by creating a customized plan that meets your unique needs.

Sanitize & Sterilize

We use the industry-standard techniques and cleaning solutions to ensure that your surfaces and equipment are clean, sanitized, and, if you need, sterilized. This helps you continue producing where you need it most.

Dust Control

Large warehouses generate large amounts of dust and dirt. Regular, professional warehouse and manufacturing cleaning reduces dust and creates a safer work environment.

Common Areas & High Tough Points

It’s important to take care of high-traffic areas used by your workforce to cut down on dirt and germs. Cleaning break rooms, bathrooms and access points keep your employees healthy and create a positive work environment.

FAQs

How often do you clean?

We can create a customized cleaning schedule to best fit your needs.
Do you offer emergency cleanings?
What areas do you service?
How do you give estimates?

We schedule in-person meetings as quickly as possible. These in-person meetings allow us to get to know you and your facility at a more personal level. With you as their guide, our cleaning professionals will assess all areas around your building, ask you specific questions about your cleaning needs, and use their findings to create a customized cleaning plan for you. We know that cleaning plans are not one-size-fits-all. That is why we always keep your goals, budget and timeline top of mind.
Will the cleaning team be right for our specific needs?

The Elite Touch janitorial team is made up of numerous cleaning industry experts with various cleaning specializations such as pressure washing, floor cleaning and maintenance and carpet cleaning. Once we’ve completed customizing your cleaning plan, we use that plan to carefully match you with our cleaning specialists. For example, if your office building has many carpeted spaces, we will pair you with a member of our carpet cleaning professionals. If your building is in need of daily cleaning, our professional janitorial crew is the right solution.
Do you offer in between daily cleaning tips?

We provide you with the tools you need to keep your employees and customers safe from germs and bacteria. We’ll equip you with CDC-recommended disinfecting products and give your office staff cleaning tips on cleaning the areas in office spaces where bacteria love to hide.
How do you ensure customer satisfaction?

We use a third-party quality check system for you to rate our office cleaning services. You’ll receive photos and captioned summaries that you will be allowed to score from 1 to 100. We take pride in having a current average of over 90% satisfaction from the third-party rating system.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Elite Touch has deep cleaned two of my properties' pool/clubhouse restrooms. Both Boards of Directors have given high praises at the difference afterward.

On Board member said specifically "Elite Touch took the impossible nasty floors that had not been cleaned in many years to making them look almost new!"

Great job Elite and I will continue to use you in the future for my communities.
